Newtown Pride FC will enter the first ever TST this summer in Cary, North Carolina. Newtown Pride is an amateur club located in Sandy Hook, Connecticut. They may be a smaller club, but they don’t lack championship pedigree, as they have a National Amateur Cup in their trophy case. This club is also the second National Amateur Champion to ever directly qualify for the U.S. Open Cup. Keep your eye out on these guys as the feel good underdog story of TST.
