Northeast Regional Championship Game:

Second half surge leads City of Gods over Untouchables, back to Fordham for second straight year

Down 42-29 at halftime, last year's Northeast Regional Champions, City of Gods, looked in danger of relinquishing their crown to The Untouchables. But after only shooting 37% from the field in the first 18 minutes of action, something changed. Clipping at a 68.2% rate in the second half, City of Gods rode 20 points from Xavier Silas and stifling defense from Pops Mensah-Bonsu to a 86-79 victory, sending them to Fordham for the second straight year. Bradley Wanamaker led the way for The Untouchables with 18 points. Cameron Clark added 15 of his own.

South Regional Championship Game:

Kennedy leads Overseas Elite past Trained to Go, onto Fordham for second straight year

A rematch from last summer's third round, defending champion Overseas Elite was able to narrowly edge Trained to Go, 74-66, landing themselves in the semifinals at Fordham. As they have so often in their 11 career tournament games, all of which have resulted in wins, Overseas Elite was led by St. John's product DJ Kennedy, who poured in 18 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. Errick McCollum was the only other Overseas Elite player to land in double figures, finishing the day with 14 points. Trained to Go got 15 points from Brandon Robinson in the losing effort.

West Regional Championship Game:

Team Colorado captures West Regional Championship with 83-78 win over Team Utah

What a difference a year has made for Team Colorado. After falling in their opening game last summer, the boys from The Centennial State emerged out of their version of "The Border War" victorious against Team Utah to advance to the semifinals in New York City. Down the stretch Marcus Hall proved invaluable for Team Colorado, finishing the game with 22 points and 6 rebounds en route to the West Regional Championship title. Austin Dufault and Dominique Coleman, who scored 17 and 16 points respectively, also helped pace the University of Colorado alumni team. Team Utah was led by Dakarai Tucker, who dropped 15 points.

Midwest Regional Championship Game:

Always a Brave keeps on dancing to the semifinals with upset of Golden Eagles Alumni

In a Midwest region stacked with alumni squads from schools such as Kentucky, Michigan State, Kansas State, and a team consisting of Mike Bibby and Jason Williams, it was the underdog who showed that team basketball trumps all. Behind 25 points from Marcellus Sommerville and 14 from Daniel Ruffin, ninth seeded Always a Brave, a group of Bradley alumni, upset Golden Eagles Alumni, 89-81, to advance to the semifinals in New York City. The Golden Eagles Alumni, who were outscored 50-39 in the second half after taking a three point advantage into the locker room, received 23 points from Darius Johnson-Odom and 21 from Dwight Buycks.
