Could a Boilermakers alumni team win $2 million?

As you can probably tell by now, a record number of alumni teams are expected to apply for TBT 2020. In addition to handfuls of familiar faces plotting a return, we've already seen Florida State, St. Bonaventure, and Virginia Tech throw their hats into the ring. After a big announcement on Sunday morning, we can now add Purdue to that list. 

Despite not knowing who will play for the team, who will coach, or even what they will be called, the news quickly sent Boilermaker fans into a frenzy. Could we see Purdue legend (and TBT 2019 announcer) Robbie Hummel in black and gold this summer? Will 2011 Big Ten Player of the Year JaJuan Johnson man the paint? Could Carsen Edwards and Ryan Cline reunite the deadliest backcourt duo in Purdue history? While all of those questions will be answered in the coming weeks and months, one thing is for certain, this is a team you're going to want to keep your eyes on as we approach summer.
